The selected Rural Achievers were judged by a panel of judges at 3 locations, Sydney, Tamworth and Parkes. Final judging took place at Parkes on the 15th of December 2009. The the results will be soon be available and will be posted on the site.

The RAS Rural Achiever Award is a state-wide leadership program run by the RAS to recognise future young leaders who are working hard to make a significant contribution to their local community and to rural Australia.

CONGRATULATIONS

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) wishes to congratulate the seven 2009 RAS Rural Achiever Award finalists who participated in this year's Sydney Royal Easter Show. All candidates were of a very high calibre.
