Highlights from Sydney Royal Easter Show experience

As a RAS Rural Achiever Award finalist, you will be participating in a nine day Award program jam packed with the following activities:

• Attending formal Sydney Royal Easter Show functions with Award Judges, RAS President, Councillors and Agriculture Industry Representatives.

• Participate in media interviews, public speaking training & take part in Public Speaking Showcase.

• Obtain a better understanding of all the facets of the Sydney Royal Easter Show and RAS through introductions and discussions with RAS Council Committee and RAS Departments.

• Tour “The Land” Head Office and Rural Press Facilities.

• Discuss future ideas with serving parliamentarians at NSW Parliament House.

• Visit Government House and meet Her Excellency, Professor Marie Bashir AC.

• Participate in Show specific activities including stewarding, judging training and competition announcing.
