Important Information

The Sydney Royal Apiculture Schedule will be mailed out in late December 2008.

Closing date of entries is 16 February 2009.

Exhibitor confirmation packages including Bench slips, ID Label etc will be mailed out at the beginning of March 2009.

Delivery of Exhibits

Hand delivery to RAS Reception on or before 7 April 2009.

Postal & courier delivery, before 3pm 7 April 2009.

Collection of Exhibits will be between 10am & 12 noon on 23 April 2009.

Judging Dates

All judging is on the 8 April 2009 and is closed to the public.

Results will be available on the Website on 9 April 2009.
