Entry & Schedule Information

The 2009 Sydney Royal Arts Show online entry system will be open for entries from Monday 3 November 2008. This simple online system will allow you to enter your personal details, select the classes you wish to enter and pay instantly via credit card. Once your entry is complete, you will receive instant confirmation of your entry.

Alternatively, the 2009 Arts Schedule and Entry Forms will be available for you to download, complete and post to the Arts Section for processing, however we strongly encourage use of the online entry system.

Mailing List

If you have entered the Arts Competition in the past 2 years your name will automatically be placed on our mailing list. If you have not entered in the past 2 years but you would like to receive a schedule or entry form, please email arts@rasnsw.com.au with your contact details and you will be placed on the mailing list.

Entry Closing Date

Online Entries will close on Monday 2 February 2009. Postal Entries close Tuesday 16 December 2008.

Delivery of Exhibits

All Exhibits must be hand delivered to Hall 3 on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 March 2009 between 10am and 4pm. We will accept courier and postal deliveries between Monday 23 - Friday 27 March 2009 during office hours. Further information on delivery of Exhibits can be found in the 2009 Schedule.

Collection of Exhibits

All Exhibits will be available to collect from Hall 3 on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 April 2009 between 10am and 4pm.
