Question: When can Cattle arrive at the Showground?
Answer: Cattle are able to arrive at the following times:

DAIRY (All breeds) - from 12pm Tuesday 30 March to 6am Thursday 1 April 2010

PUREBRED STEERS & TRADE STEERS & HEIFERS - 6pm Saturday 3 April to 6am Sunday 4 April 2010 and 6pm Sunday 4 April to 6am Monday 5 April 2010

BEEF (Angus, Australian Lowline, Beef Shorthorn, Brahman, Charolais, Devon, Gelbvieh, Hereford, Limousin, Murray Grey, Poll Hereford, Red Angus, Red Poll, Santa Gertrudis, Shorthorn, Simmental, Speckle Park) - 7pm Tuesday 6 April to 6am Wednesday 7 April 2010 and 7pm Wednesday 7 April to 7am Thursday 8 April 2010

BEEF (Belted Galloway, Braford, Brangus, Dexter, Galloway, Lincoln Red, Other Recognised Breeds, Piedmontese, Square Meaters) - 6pm Friday 9 April to 8am Saturday 10 April 2010

Question: Is there parking at the Showground? How much does this cost?
Answer: Yes, there is Exhibitor parking available at Hill Road (P5-C) for cars, floats, rigid trucks and large trucks. The pricing is as follows per day.

Cars – $20
Floats – $20
Car + float or trailer, rigid truck 12 metres – $40
Large truck 19 metres – $52

Question: Is there accommodation available on site?
Answer: Yes, there are huts available at $30 per person per night. However due to high demand we cannot guarantee availability. Loft and lockers spaces are also available, however there is a maximum of 3 people per loft or locker

Question: Can we apply for extra stalling?
Answer: Yes, you can complete a ‘Stalling Expression of Interest Form’. We cannot guarantee that we can offer extra spaces, however we will review stalling after the close of entries and will allocate Exhibitors an additional stall on the basis of the number of head each Exhibitor is bringing to the Show.

Question: Can Exhibitors bump-in Cattle earlier than they are scheduled with other Exhibitors’ Cattle?
Answer: Interstate travellers who want to bump-in earlier than scheduled must write a letter or email the Cattle Coordinator at cattle@rasnsw.com.au to request this. We cannot guarantee that we will have the space available, however will try to accommodate all requests as best we can.
