Answer: Entries close on 12 December 2008 at 5pm EST, however online entries close 15 January 2009 at 5pm EST.

Question: Can I fax my entries in?
Answer: No. Please enter online via this website or mail your entry forms to Domestic Animals Section Locked Bag 4317 Sydney Olympic park NSW 2127.

Question: Can I change my entry details online?
Answer: No, please send an email with change enquiry to domesticanimals@rasnsw.com.au

Question: Can I leave the Show early?
Answer: Exhibitors are not permitted to leave early. Dogs must remain benched until 5pm daily unless otherwise specified.

Question: If I win a prize can I collect it before I leave?
Answer: Trophies are given out after judging, cash prizes are mailed out after the Show.

Question: Do I get a refund of my entry fee if I withdraw an animal?
Answer: A refund of entry fees shall not be made unless a notification of withdrawal is received by the RAS of NSW before the closing date of entry.

Question: Can a withdrawal be made by the handler of the exhibit?
Answer: No, a withdrawal needs to be submitted in writing and can only be made by the registered owner of the exhibit prior to breed judging. Forms are to be submitted to the Dog Office ONLY or mailed to Locked Bag 4317 Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.

Question: Am I allowed to bring other animals of mine to the show?
Answer: An animal other than an exhibit in respect of which an application for entry has been accepted by the RAS of NSW shall not be brought onto the showground by any exhibitor or other person except with the consent of the RAS of NSW.
