Question: When will the 2010 Horse Schedule be available?
Answer: The 2010 Horse Schedule will be available to download on Thursday 8th October 2009.
Question: When do entries for the 2010 Sydney Royal Horse Show close?
Answer: Entries for Breeds, Hacks, Leading Rein, Harness and Riding Events close on Wednesday 18th November 2009.

Question: When can I find out who is judging at the 2010 Sydney Royal Horse Show?
Answer: The Judges list for the 2010 Sydney Royal Horse Competitions will be available on the website after the closing date of entry.
Question: What is the performance period for the 2010 Sydney Royal Horse Show?
Answer: The performance period will be Sunday 23rd November 2008 - Sunday 29th November 2009.
Question: Do I need to microchip my horses and register with the AAR?
Answer: Yes - it is an entry requirement that all horses be microchipped and registered with the AAR in order to be eligible to compete at the 2010 Show. To download an AAR Registration Form please click here.
Question: Should I join as a Member of the RAS of NSW?
Answer: Yes - By becoming a Member of the RAS, Horse Exhibitors can save money on Entry Fees and Stabling Fees in addition to all the other benefits you receive as a Member. To be eligible, your membership subscription must be paid and accepted before entering the Horse Competition and the Membership Name must form part of the Exhibitor Name or contact name.
Question: Can I join/renew my RAS Membership online?
Answer: Yes - Visit www.myras.com.au/members to join or renew your Membership online.
Question: Can I enter and receive the Members discount on Entry Fees and Stabling Fees if my Membership is Unfinancial?
Answer: No - Your Membership must be financial and the Membership Name must form part of the Exhibitor Name or contact name. To renew your Membership online please visit www.myras.com.au/members.
Question: What is the $20 Processing Fee?
Answer: A Processing Fee of $20 will be charged per Exhibitor to Exhibitors that post in their Applications for Entry.
Question: Can I avoid the $20 Processing Fee?
Answer: Yes - There is no Processing Fee charged if you enter online at www.sydneyroyal.com.au/horse.
Question: Is there accommodation for Horse Exhibitors onsite?
Answer: Due to the limited accommodation available for Exhibitors onsite including loft/lockers and site sheds, we urge our Exhibitors to consider their accommodation requirements for 2010 and plan accordingly. A number of hotels, motels and similar establishments in commuting distance to the grounds are available on our website. A maximum of 3 persons per
loft/locker or site shed will be permitted.
Question: How is Stabling Allocated?
Answer: Stabling will be allocated according to availability. Stabling Fees for 2010 will be charged at:
RAS Members $21.00 per stable per night
Non Members $28.00 per stable per night
Fees will be payable upon notification by the RAS. Fees include GST.
