Question: When do entries close?
Answer: Entries close on 11th February 2009 at 5pm EST.

Question: How do I enter this Competition?
Answer: We encourage you to enter online on this website. You can download the schedule, entry forms and view all other information relating to the Sydney Royal Sheep & Sheep Fleece Show from these pages

Question: Can I fax my entries in?
Answer: Yes. Applications will be accepted by fax on (02) 9704 1122 provided credit card details are supplied on the faxed copy of the Application for Entry. If faxing the Application for Entry, you must also send the original form within 5 working days of the date of the fax.

Question: Do I need to send registration papers with my application for entry?
Answer: No. You are not required to send these with your application for entry.

Question: Can I change my entry details online?
Answer: No, please send an email with change enquiry to sheep@rasnsw.com.au

Question: Can I leave the Show early?
Answer: Exhibitors are not permitted to leave early. Sheep must remain in the Pavilion until the scheduled departure times.

Question: If I win a prize can I collect it before I leave?
Answer: Trophies are given out at the presentation ceremonies on 18th & 22nd April 2009, cash prizes are mailed out after the Show.

Question: Do I get a refund on the entry fee if I withdraw sheep?
Answer: Yes you will be issued a refund provided entries are still open. No refunds are given after the closing date of entry.

Question: If I make a mistake and enter in the wrong class, will my exhibit be transferred to the correct class?
Answer: Yes, we will transfer it to a class for which it is eligible. We will also confirm this with you by telephone or email.

Question: Is there parking at the Showground? How much does this cost?
Answer: Yes, there is Exhibitor parking available at Hill Road (P5-C) for cars, floats, rigid trucks and large trucks. The pricing is as follows per day:

Cars: $20
Floats: $20
Car + Float or trailer, rigid truck – 12 metres: $40
Large truck  - 19 metres: $52

Question: Is there accommodation available on site?
Answer: No, there is no provision for accommodation for Sheep Exhibitors.
