Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Do I need to complete the entry form?
Answer: Yes, entries will only be accepted if they have been submitted on the entry form and include the photographs.

Question: When do entries close?
Answer: Entries must be received by Friday 30 January 2009. No late entries will be accepted.

Question: When will I know if I am a finalist?
Answer: Successful entries will be notified by phone by Friday 6 February 2009. You will then receive an information pack in the mail.

Question: Will I be called if I am not a finalist?
Answer: No, only successful entries will be contacted by phone.

Question: When is the competition to be held?
Answer: Finalists will participate in a parade in the NAB Arena on Good Friday (10 April) at 6pm. A static display will be held all day on Good Friday on Showground Road.

Question: How many free tickets will each finalist receive?
Answer: Each finalist will receive four (4) free tickets. No addition tickets will be given out.

Question: Can I bring my trailer with my ute?
Answer: No trailers are allowed on Sydney Showground.

Question: Can I create a display for my ute for the static display?
Answer: Any materials can be displayed on the ute but if more space is required, permission will need to be sought prior to the Show.
