The Dairy Produce Committee is pleased to announce that esteemed food and media personality Mr. Peter Howard will be the Chairman of Judges at the Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Produce Show, taking over the reigns from respected cheese expert Mr. Neil Willman.

Judging panels of three to five judges are constituted from a combination of the following:

• Manufacturers and technologists from industry
• Product users
• Product retailers
• Chefs
• Food Media
• Other specialist judges

Names of individual judges are not released prior to judging, however are detailed in the Results Catalogue prepared at the end of each Show.
