The Dairy Produce Committee were privilaged to have Mr Yves Boutonnat as the International Judge for the 2008 Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Produce Show. Mr Boutonnat has over 25 years experience in the French Dairy industry; including acting as a General Manager of CIDIL (French National Dairy Council) from 1981 - 2005. The RAS were very pleased to endorse this welcome addition to the judging panel for the 2008 Show.

Internationally renowned Cheese & Dairy Produce Judge, Neil Willman, was once again the resident local judge of the 2008 Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Produce Show.
