The Dairy Produce Committee of the RAS of NSW is pleased to have esteemed food and media personality Mr. Peter Howard as Chairman of Judges at the 2011 Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Produce Show.

Judging panels of three to five judges are constituted from a combination of the following:

• Manufacturers and technologists from industry
• Product users
• Product retailers
• Chefs
• Food Media
• Other specialist judges

Names of individual judges are not released prior to judging, however are detailed in the Results Catalogue prepared at the end of each Show.
