Exhibits to be delivered from:	Tuesday 4 to Friday 14 January 2011
Judging:	Monday 7 to Thursday 10 February 2011
Wine Show Awards Dinner:	Thursday 17 February 2011
Exhibitors Tasting:	Friday 18 February 2011
Public Cellar Tasting:	Saturday 19 February 2011
